Blogging world, here I come!

This is it. I’ve finally decided to dive into the ever-expanding world of blogging. It was only a matter of time before I would dump my entire site into the trash can.

So why now? Well, I really want to eradicate the lame excuses for not updating my website often enough. There’s so much that goes on in my life that hey, I could write an autobiography about myself. Of course I probably wouldn’t be able to sell one book on Amazon. But you know, why not. The internet isn’t just a repository of knowledge anymore, it’s a form of communication that is essential to society on a daily basis. This is my contribution.

With this blog, I shall be archiving absolutely anything I feel worthy of sharing . Of course that is quite a broad game plan I have in place, never the less, I shall do my best to blog…that is until someone invents VLS, it shall take over MySpace and I shall be able to say “Captain’s log. Star date 240307…” And no…I am not a Trekkie. Though, I am a Stargate fan.

Before we get carried away with science fiction, there are one key thing I’d like to point out. First, I do have a meandering process way of thinking. I like to take on different approaches, and I am very keen to do so here. That is what I enjoy most and most likely you have already noticed. But trust me, I do not mean to perplex anyone. It’s just my way of thinking.

Excuse me, but where are my manners. All this time I haven’t even introduced who am I am. I nearly ended this first entry anonymously. Short answer, Nick Simonsen. I’m a web developer at Critical Mass. I like cookies, pasta, and reading up on cool gadgets.
