Here’s another nostalgic post for ya.
Ms. Carson was my grade 5th teacher back in Deer Run Elementary. One of the very few that I actually found enjoyable to be taught by. It was just recently that I heard she was retiring from her teaching profession. I’m not sure how long she’s been teaching for but it must be for a long time.

YUI for short.
What is YUI?
The Yahoo! User Interface (YUI) Library is a set of utilities and controls, written in JavaScript, for building richly interactive web applications using techniques such as DOM scripting, DHTML and AJAX. The YUI Library also includes several core CSS resources. All components in the YUI Library have been released as open source under a BSD license and are free for all uses.

Yup…I tried it even though my gut said not to do it.
Oh well. That teaches me for not doing my homework first. I was currently running K2 0.9.5 with the previous version of Wordpress which I can’t remember. Fantastico takes care of the Wordpress versions for me. But unfortunately, it’s not quite compatible with my K2 theme. I currently cannot download the most recent K2 version, 0.9.6 (which I believe would fix most of my problems) because their download section is down. So…for the mean time, I’ve rolled back to the default theme for Wordpress until I’m able to fix the problem(s).
Updated: Blog fixed. Read my quick fix to upgrading to K2 0.9.6 with WordPress 2.2…
So here at Critical Mass, we’re hosting a company wide contest to see who can come on top in 5 different search engines with a particular set keywords.
Do I plan of entering? Why not?
