Based on a small teaser by J.J Abrams that appeared in previews before Transformers came to play, this Flash site has 5 puzzles for you to solve. Some of them being rehashed old puzzles and a few being quite original.

So I figured out a couple of the puzzles. For all those who are stuck unraveling them,
Puzzle 1:
Memorize the sequence the icons pop up. Then Click them in that order. Fairly easy.
Puzzle 2:
You have a series of glowing spheres. This is game of Pegs. All you do is jump spheres. Grab one and drag it into an empty space. Once you jump a sphere, the sphere you just jumped over will disappear. You can only move 1 sphere and jump 1 sphere at a time. So coordinate your jumps so that you can jump back and forth. See below image for example.
