Wednesday was a good day at work. Despite of my xsl keywords weren’t cooperating, I was pulled aside from my MB tasks. I wasn’t sure what to make of it at first. Though there’s always that small…tiny…insignificant…worried thought in the back of my head.
At first I thought someone was going to talk about those taxi chits that I have yet to hand in. I had absolutely no idea that we were to hand those in if we used one. Now I can’t find any of them, but hey…no one’s asked me…yet.
No, it actually was really good news. Rebecca from Human Resources brought me in to ask me if I wanted a permanent position there at Critical Mass. After working over a year at CM, I’ve finally been offered a secured position where I’m not worrying about when my contract is due for review.
The best part of this would be the benefits that I can use. I’m sure glad that I held off on that dentist appointment. But yeah…hurray for me!

Congratulations Nick, you deserve it.
